We finally made some decisions about food, and I'm happy with where we ended up with local sourcing. Here's the schedule for the big day.
10:00 a.m. Bridespeople, groomspeople and family photos
11:00 a.m. Ceremony
12:00 p.m. Bike parade takes off for Cherry Hill reception site (a 2.5 mile ride)
12:15 p.m. Non-bikers arrive at Cherry Hill/fruit cornucopia out
12:30 p.m. Bike party arrives at Cherry Hill
1:00 p.m. Eric and Hannah's dance, then Hannah and Dad's dance
1:30 p.m. Salad and bread out
2:30 p.m. Pasta entrees out
4:00 p.m. Cake, ice cream, desserts
5:00 p.m. Upbeat dance music starts/appetizers and any remaining food out for grazing
